2010 Cowbelly Pet Photography Workshops

Register

Registration for the June 11-13 workshop opens at 9am PST on Monday January 11th. Please read the following to register.

 

***REGISTRATION IS FIRST-COME, FIRST SERVED AND AN ATTENDEE'S SPACE IS NOT SECURED UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED BOTH THE REGISTRATION FORMS AND FULL PAYMENT.***

 

To register, follow these steps:

 

1. Contact us by email to send us a little bit of information about yourself. Where you live, why you are interested in starting a career in pet photography, if you are already in business or just starting out, what you hope to get out of the workshops, what your favorite color is, and the one food or drink you could never ever give up. We 'screen' each potential attendee to make sure the workshops are a good fit for your needs. This ensures that each participant gets maximum benefit out of the workshops and that we meet the needs and goals of each attendee. At this point if it looks like a great fit we will tell you how to download the Registration Form and Terms and Conditions, which includes terms on payment, refunds and cancellations. 2. Complete, sign and fax the forms back to us to 206-388-3492, or email to us at workshops@cowbelly.com or mail to Cowbelly Pet Photography, c/o Workshops, 24 Roy St #466, Seattle, WA 98109. (Note: Fax is preferred!)

 

3. Pay the Registration Fee through the payment page. The full Registration Fee is due at the time of registration to guarantee your space in the workshop. Due to the small number of spaces available in the June workshop, unfortunately payment plans are not available in 2010.

 

We request that all payments be made via credit or debit card through paypal (no need to have an account), but if you feel more comfortable mailing a check we can arrange for that. Please note that your space is not guaranteed until your full Registration Fee is received. 

 

Refund/Cancellation Terms: 

 

If you withdraw more than 4 weeks prior to the Workshop start date, the full Registration Fee will be refunded less a $500 non-refundable deposit. You may elect to sell your space in the workshop to another photographer *upon approval* of that person by Jamie. In this case you will receive your full Registration Fee less a $150 processing fee. Under no circumstances will refunds be available once the Workshop has begun.  

 

6. After you have submitted your payment you will be directed to a confirmation page on our site. The confirmation will contain all of the information you need to complete registration, including a more detailed schedule and how to return the Terms and Conditions contract as well as a medical/dietary questionnnaire.

 

Closer to the workshop date, we will email a detailed schedule of the workshop weekend, including times of the workshops, address and directions, what to bring with you, and any other details you need to know.

 

7. Start crossing off dates on the calendar and get excited!
