REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR COWBELLY WORKSHOPS

ALL 2011 WORKSHOPS ARE NOW COMPLETE. REGISTRATION FOR 2012 WORKSHOPS WON'T OPEN UNTIL SOMETIME IN THE SPRING OF 2012. PLEASE CONTACT US TO BE PLACED ON OUR MAILING LIST!

AFTER registration opens, PLEASE FOLLOW THE 5 STEPS BELOW to register.

***Registration is first-come, first-served, and an attendee's space is not secured until we have received both the registration forms and full payment. We screen each registration request to ensure the workshop is a good fit for each attendee (please read through the FAQ page prior to registering!). We will have a waiting list in case of cancellation once the 15 spaces are filled. The waiting list is also be first-come, first-served. Please do not email your registration request prior to the registration start time listed above! Thank you and good luck!***

1. Email us at workshops@cowbelly.com to request registration. Tell us about yourself- where you live, why you are interested in starting a career in pet photography, if you are already in business or just starting out, and what your expectations are of the workshops. We 'screen' each potential attendee to make sure the workshops are a good fit for your needs. This ensures that each participant gets maximum benefit out of the workshops and that we meet the needs and expectations of each attendee. At this point if it looks like a great fit we will tell you how to download the Registration Form and Terms and Conditions, which includes terms on payment, refunds and cancellations, and help you move forward with payment. Feel free to email us if you have any questions.

(PLEASE NOTE: out of respect to our 35 local colleagues and due to the oversaturation of pet photographers in Seattle, Cowbelly workshops are NOT open to those who live and/or work WITHIN 50 miles of Seattle [you must be MORE THAN 50 miles from Seattle in order to attend a workshop]. No exceptions granted. We will be happy to refer you to other pet photography workshops if you are in Seattle.). 

2. Complete, sign and fax the forms back to us to 206-388-3492, email to us at workshops@cowbelly.com or mail to Cowbelly Pet Photography, c/o Workshops, 4742 42nd AVE SW #351, Seattle, WA 98116. (Note: Fax is preferred!). Please let us know if you plan to mail the forms so we know when to head over to our business mailbox to pick them up.

3. Pay the Registration Fee through the payment page (which we will send to you upon approval). The full Registration Fee is due at the time of registration to guarantee your space in the workshop. (Due to the small number of spaces available, payment plans are not available.)

We request that all payments be made via credit or debit card through paypal (no need to have an account), but if you feel more comfortable mailing a check or have us process your credit card payment directly, we can provide for that. Please note that your space is not guaranteed until your full Registration Fee is received. 

Refund + Cancellation Terms: 

If you withdraw more than 6 weeks prior to the Workshop start date, the full Registration Fee will be refunded less a $500 non-refundable deposit. You may elect to sell your space in the workshop to another photographer *upon approval* of that person by Jamie. In this case you will receive your full Registration Fee less a $150 processing fee. Under no circumstances will refunds be available once the Workshop has begun.  

4. After you have submitted your payment you will be directed to a confirmation page on our site. The confirmation will include detailed information on what to bring, the lodging discount booking code, FAQ for the workshop, weekend schedule, where and when to meet, and how to return the Terms and Conditions contract. It will also include helpful links on the city of Seattle.

Closer to the workshop date, we will email you a dietary/medical questionnaire, collect your lunch orders from you and finish up with any last details.

5. Start crossing off dates on the calendar and get excited!
