SIGN UP FOR A PASSPORT WORKSHOP

PLEASE NOTE THAT BOTH THE WEEKEND AND MONDAY PASSPORT NYC WORKSHOPS ARE NOW SOLD OUT! CONTACT US TO BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST IN CASE OF CANCELLATION.

To register, follow these steps:

1. Contact us at workshops@cowbelly.com to send us a little bit of information about yourself. Where you live, why you are interested in starting a career in pet photography, if you are already in business or just starting out, what you hope to get out of the workshops, what your favorite color is, and the one food or drink you could never ever give up.

We screen each potential attendee to make sure the workshops are a good fit for your needs. This ensures that each participant gets maximum benefit out of the workshops and that we meet the needs and goals of each attendee. We will be the first to tell you if we think these workshops aren't right for you. We know how much of a time and money investment this is to each person, and truly want to make sure it meets everyone's needs and expectations. (Also please note that the Commercial/Editorial workshop is now sold out!)

If we determine this is a great fit for you and your business, we will tell you how to download the Registration Form and Terms and Conditions, which includes terms on payment, refunds and cancellations. Feel free to email us if you have any questions.

(PLEASE NOTE: Out of respect to our local colleagues, Cowbelly workshops are NOT open to those who live and/or work in Western Washington. No exceptions granted). 

2. Complete, sign, and fax the forms to us at 206.388.3492, or mail them to the address on the contracts.

3. Pay the Registration Fee through the payment page we send you in your acceptance email. The full Registration Fee is due at the time of registration to guarantee your space in the workshop.

We request that all payments be made via credit or debit card through paypal (no need to have an account), but if you feel more comfortable mailing a check we can arrange for that. Please note that your space is not guaranteed until your full Registration Fee is received. 

Refund/Cancellation Terms: 

If you withdraw more than 6 weeks prior to the Workshop start date, the full Registration Fee will be refunded less a $500 non-refundable deposit. You may elect to sell your space in the workshop to another photographer *upon prior approval* of that person by Jamie and Nichole. In this case you will receive your full Registration Fee less a $150 processing fee. Under no circumstances will refunds be available once the Workshop has begun.  

4. After you have submitted your payment you will be directed to a confirmation page on our site. The confirmation will contain all of the information you need to complete registration, including a more detailed schedule and how to return the Terms and Conditions contract as well as a medical/dietary questionnaire and what to bring.

Closer to the workshop date, we will email a detailed schedule of the workshop weekend, including times of the workshops, address and directions, what to bring with you, and all other details you need to know.

5. Start crossing off dates on the calendar and get excited!
